You can send a clear scanned copy or photo by email or upload it securely through our website. No originals are needed.

How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment is usually required before delivery of the certified translation.

Do you provide any sort of discounts?
We understand the challenges of being a student. That’s why we provide 10% off translation services for college students who submit a transcript or valid proof of enrollment. The student must be the primary benefitiary of the migratory process.

What is your refund policy?
At Pathway Translations, we stand behind our work with a 100% guarantee. If your certified translation has any issues, we will revise it immediately at no cost or issue a full refund. We also offer unlimited revisions free of charge until you are completely satisfied with your translation. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

How is pricing handled if the document has mostly blank pages or very little text?
Translation rates are generally based on the number of pages. However, I understand that some documents include pages that are almost blank, containing only a signature, header, or minimal text. In those cases, the cost may be adjusted proportionally (for example, 25% of a full-page rate), depending on the actual content and formatting.
Each situation is evaluated individually to ensure fairness while maintaining quality. If your document includes pages with little text, I can review them beforehand to provide a more accurate quote.

Are my documents kept confidential?
Absolutely. All documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Your files are never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. Completed translations are securely stored for up to one year in case you need another copy. However, if you prefer, your files can be permanently deleted upon request at any time.
